Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Illusion Dash Arcade, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the site or play any of our simulated games.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to Illusion Dash Arcade is restricted strictly to residents of Canada. You must be at least 19 years of age to participate in most provinces, or 18+ if accessing from Alberta, Manitoba, or Quebec. We reserve the right to restrict access to comply with these age requirements.

Nature of Virtual Currency (Voxels)

Voxels are a purely virtual, simulated currency used exclusively within Illusion Dash Arcade. Voxels have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for real cash, goods, or services under any circumstances.

No Real-Money Gameplay

All games, including Cybergrid Slots and Decrypted Data Scratch, are strictly for social entertainment purposes. Illusion Dash Arcade does not offer real-money gambling, and success within our simulated games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Illusion Dash Arcade, including the mascot Glitch, world lore, game designs, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Illusion Dash Entertainment Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Illusion Dash Arcade is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or the loss of your virtual Voxels due to technical glitches or system resets.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, where Illusion Dash Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
